My InkTober drawing today is a yogi on a mat. She is sitting on the mat, with eyes closed and palms pressed together at the chest in a prayer position. She is quietly saying, “Namaste.”
Although I’m very much behind in Erin Motz‘s 2014 Yoga Challenge (Week 4 is already available!), I’m quite happy that I’ve finally finished Week 1. I drew this pose, which I do at the end of every practice, because it is one of my favorites. When I’m in this pose, I’m quiet, peaceful and grateful.
